The Senior Director, Supply Chain (M5) is a critical leadership role responsible for directing all supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, production planning, vendor negotiations, analytics, and distribution. Responsibilities

• Directs overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods.
• Develops and implements strategies to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
• Oversees and advises on negotiation strategies with vendors to obtain optimal contracts and pricing.
• Provides guidance and strategic direction on analytics used to evaluate past performance and trends to forecast inventory and distribution requirements.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers
