About The Position
We are seeking a Sr Supervisor Quality Assurance to lead, coach, and manage a team of quality inspectors and technicians to ensure exceptional product quality and on-time delivery. In this role, you will drive operational improvements through CORE methodologies, perform root cause analyses (RRCA) on non-conformances, and maintain strict compliance with quality control procedures, system audits, and Nadcap program requirements.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience supporting Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Quality Engineering within a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industry.
- Experience with MS Office products and ERP systems

- Previous inspection experience in a Quality manufacturing environment
- Previous Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering documentation and drawings
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Quality inspectors and technicians to meet product quality and customers’ delivery expectation.
- Coach and develop Quality inspectors and technicians’ skills, establish job expectations and manage work performance.
- Able to plan, perform and support operations with addressing risks and opportunities.
- Support inspection including inspection plans, equipment, techniques, and optimal utilization of Quality resources.
- Perform Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) on product and process non-conformance.
- Maintain, implement and improve quality control procedures and inspection processes.
- Participate in performance improvement processes through CORE. To drive existing and future improvement projects.
- Lead, educate and instruct shop personnel on compliance with Quality procedures and Standards.
- Perform system audits on all areas and personnel of assigned work centers.
- Maintain compliance to all relative Nadcap program requirements.
- Will supervise NDT activity and may become NDT certified.
