The Sr Supervisor, Production leads and develops a team of manufacturing technicians in a high‑volume, high‑precision FormFactor semiconductor fab environment . This role is responsible for executing daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement across assigned shifts or production areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle‑time objectives.
- Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on‑time delivery.
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues impacting safety, quality, or output.
- Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
- Conduct daily shift meetings, performance check‑ins, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
- Execute hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities.
- Complete formal performance reviews and succession development planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Enforce compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, quality system, and fab operating procedures.
- Participate in audits, corrective actions, and root‑cause investigations.
- Champion safe work practices and immediate response to safety incidents.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean / Six Sigma principles.
- Lead kaizen events, standard work creation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between technicians, engineers, and management.
- Communicate production status, risks, and corrective actions clearly and proactively.
- Support change management initiatives and implementation of new tools or processes.
