Sr Supervisor of Services (Technical Project Manager)
About The Position
As a Sr. Supervisor of Services, you will provide senior-level project management for a wide variety of large and complex program onboardings, driving successful completion and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You will: Own the overarching toll gate process and oversee implementation engineer progress Own all program onboarding timelines, implementations, and due dates Align cross-functional gaps across the organization with support from SMEs Deliver executive-level summaries and risk reports in partnership with the implementation team Assist departmental leadership with complex solution design for client onboarding Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but where you can grow tomorrow. Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project
- Strong analytical skills including data extraction, organization, interpretation, and executive‑level presentation
Nice To Haves
- Project management experience in Data Centers, Microsoft Storage, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Active Directory preferred
- Financial industry experience perferred
