About The Position

The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary delivery lead for our most strategic enterprise engagements. You aren't just tracking milestones; you are responsible for the health, profitability, and strategic direction of our technical deliveries. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering workflows (GenAI, Core Platform Engineering, Data Modernization, Digital Transformation) and executive-level business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience specifically within a Professional Services or Consulting organization.
  • Proven track record leading Cloud Migration or Data/AI projects (experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure ecosystems is mandatory).
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar project budgets and external client stakeholders (C-level).
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern PM tools (Jira, Certinia, MS-Excel/Google Sheets).
  • The ability to "speak engineer"—you don't need to code, but you must understand the lifecycle of an enterprise-scale cloud, data programs, DevOps and SDLC.
  • Required: PMP or Certified Scrum Master.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: Cloud Practitioner certifications (GCP Professional Cloud Architect or Digital Leader, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of complex cloud migrations and GenAI implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and above margin targets.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, translating technical roadmaps into business value and managing expectations through rigorous governance, ensuring great customer satisfaction.
  • Financial & Resource Oversight: Manage project P&L, including budget tracking, resource utilization, and the "headcount signal" to leadership for proactive hiring.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify "scope creep" and technical bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies before they affect the delivery timeline.
  • Sales & Growth Support: Partner with sales and partnership channels to identify "land and expand" opportunities within existing accounts; assist in expanding business through Change Orders and SOWs for follow-on work.
  • Process Excellence: Contribute to the Cloudwerx by refining our internal PMO frameworks to ensure a repeatable, world-class client experience.
