Requirements

  • An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
  • 8–12+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 5 years leading infrastructure or systems integration projects.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams across networking, voice, RF, WiFi, SATCOM, and A/V.
  • Experience operating in secure, classified, or restricted environments.
  • Meets DoD 8140 IT Project Manager requirements.
  • Holds DoD 8140 DCWF Role 802 – IT Project Manager or an equivalent certification (e.g., CASP+/SecurityX, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CCISO, GSEC, GSLC, GFACT, DAWIA PM Advanced/Practitioner, FITSP-A/M, RCCE Level 1, or Security+).
  • Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multi-discipline technical projects across networking, voice, RF, WiFi, SATCOM, and A/V in mission-critical federal environments.
  • Drive Agile planning, execution tracking, and delivery cadence to ensure predictable and timely outcomes.
  • Coordinate contractor and Government stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables with disciplined follow-through and accountability.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical teams and senior Government stakeholders.
  • Ensure teams are properly staffed, aligned, and executing against mission priorities.
  • Operate as a hands-on leader who drives results without waiting for direction and can contribute immediately.
  • Build and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical credibility and execution excellence.
  • Apply creativity and practical problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions aligned to customer needs
