About The Position

Realtor.com® is seeking a high-octane Senior Strategy Director. This is a unique opportunity to have a front row and direct hand in shaping the future trajectory of the company and is designed for someone who thrives on ambiguity and possesses the intellectual horsepower to navigate our most complex challenges. You will sit at the intersection of our Consumer insights, Client success, Industry relationships, and the rapidly shifting AI landscape all occurring within the context of a dynamic marketplace.

Requirements

15+ years of experience, including significant time at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB or equivalent).
You are a quick study. You can talk API integrations with engineers in the morning and consumer psychology with marketing in the afternoon.
You don't just find data; you find the story within the data. You excel at structured thinking and MECE problem-solving.
You are tired of just making decks. You want to "get your hands dirty" and see your strategies through to implementation.
You have a deep curiosity about AI/ML and a vision for how these technologies disrupt traditional business models.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner to the C-suite, translating data-heavy analysis into clear, narrative-driven recommendations
Synthesize signals from AI advancements, Market Trends, Competitor Landscape, and Core Business to define RDC’s 3-year strategic vision.
Ensure ability to take a high-level executive vision and deconstruct it into prioritized, multi-quarter workstreams that teams can actually execute against
Design and lead prioritization and planning workshops that bring together cross-functional leaders to solve bottlenecks
Advanced proficiency in creating professional-grade presentations that utilize "The Pyramid Principle" (Bottom-line-up-front)
Experience using structured frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, Blue Ocean) to facilitate group thinking during live sessions.
Lead high-priority "Special Projects" that span departments
Synthesize market trends, competitor movements, technology advancements into actionable strategic pivots
Partner with Product and Engineering to identify how AI can be leveraged not just as a feature, but as a core operational multiplier across our Consumer, Client and Industry segments.
