MFS is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Defined Contribution (DC) Sales Enablement team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales and retention initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to identify, create, oversee, and execute strategic plans. The role requires a strong background in Defined Contribution, recordkeeping, and sales strategy, as well as the ability to collaborate across multiple distribution verticals, including with retail and institutional sales teams. The individual will also partner with investment product, marketing, and other internal teams to strengthen MFS' brand in the marketplace. This role involves client engagement, participation in industry conferences, and leveraging data to enhance sales and retention efforts.
