The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, IT Services is part of the center-led Indirect Supply Management (ISM) organization responsible for managing and influencing approximately $250M in global IT Services spend. In this strategic leadership role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Functions, Regions, and Businesses to drive enterprise value through category strategy, supplier partnerships, and commercial excellence. Reporting to the Global Indirect Supply Management Leader for IT Services, you will combine strategic category leadership with people leadership. You will lead and develop category sourcing professionals while shaping global sourcing strategies, negotiating complex agreements, and ensuring supplier partnerships deliver measurable business outcomes. As the Sr. Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing decision-making across a highly matrixed organization. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business priorities into sourcing strategies that drive value, mitigate risk, and enable innovation.
