About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Strategic Sales & Partnerships Manager in the United States. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role for an experienced sales leader who thrives in dynamic and complex environments. You will own full-cycle enterprise sales with national employer accounts, driving pipeline development, executing multi-stakeholder deals, and building long-term partnerships that generate sustained revenue growth. The role combines strategic account management with business development, requiring expertise in navigating HR and health tech landscapes, crafting compelling business cases, and scaling repeatable sales playbooks. You will operate as a trusted advisor to executive clients, continuously maintaining a 3x pipeline while consistently exceeding sales targets. This remote-first position allows for flexibility, meaningful impact, and collaboration across internal teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare or health tech sales with a focus on technology-enabled solutions for employers
  • 5+ years carrying a sales quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development, consistently performing in the top 25%
  • 3+ years managing enterprise clients with 3,000+ employees, navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, including presenting to executive decision makers
  • Experience selling into HR, health plans, broker/consulting firms, and adjacent industries
  • Comfort meeting clients and attending events as required

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales, including sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing complex deals with national employer accounts
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across HR, health plans, brokers, and consulting firms
  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies, playbooks, and business cases to drive revenue growth
  • Manage a 3x pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent overachievement of sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs, deal execution, and ongoing partnership success
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and presentations to strengthen relationships and market presence
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
