The Sr. Strategic Outbound Account Executive (Sr AE 2) is the highest-level outbound sales role at Weave, reserved for top performing, proven sales professionals. This individual will be responsible for maximizing new logos from our SDR team as well as self sourced logos. This role is designed for Account Executives who can flawlessly leverage, maximize, and convert SDR-supplemented opportunities, while maintaining the proactive outbound mindset required to self-source additional pipeline through targeted prospecting and referrals. The role will be measured strictly on high-value conversion. Ramp Period: In office M-F 8 am–5 pm (First 120 days). Post-Ramp Schedule: Hybrid (MTW 8 am–5 pm in office; Th/F flexible WFH). Reports to: Director of Sales.
