Taconic Biosciences is seeking a Sr Client Relationship Manager to support our territory in the Bay area (Berkeley, CA, Oregon, Washington). This is a hybrid role, with the ability to work from home when not in customer meetings. The Sr Client Relationship Manager manages complex accounts to achieve revenue targets. This account management role requires the ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of buying personas to both protect existing business and identify new opportunities among existing clients. Ability to develop and implement robust account plans; significant knowledge and understanding of business strategy and the ability to work collaboratively and influence others internally and externally at the director level is required. Focus on uncovering customer needs and positioning appropriate solutions as well as funnel management and accurate forecasting are essential. Ability to support execution of contract requirement for clients expected.
