The Senior Stock Administrator will report to and work closely with the Equity Administration and Total Rewards team to support the operational and administrative delivery of the company’s equity compensation programs across CooperCompanies and its consolidated entities. This role provides experienced, hands-on support and acts as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, without direct people management or full program ownership.
