At OPENLANE, we are seeking a highly analytical, solutions-oriented Staffing & Efficiency Analyst to partner with Sales, Operations, Support, and Inspection leadership in driving scalable growth and operational performance. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining staffing models, identifying capacity gaps across the U.S., and developing workflow improvements that help the business achieve sales growth targets and operational service-level agreements. The ideal candidate is both a critical thinker and a builder—comfortable working with data, staffing models, and cross-functional processes. This person can translate insights into practical recommendations that improve team efficiency, strengthen sales and operational execution, and ensure the organization has the right resources in the right markets at the right time.
