About The Position

As a Senior Staff Product Manager for Adversarial Actors, you will own Pinterest’s end-to-end strategy for inauthentic behavior, including detection and enforcement for bots, account takeovers, and spam across the Pinterest funnel. You will work closely with Policy, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science teams to protect Pinners, advertisers, and the business. You will define the company-wide adversarial strategy across pre-authentication, login/signup, and post-authentication surfaces; set a multi-year vision; align executive stakeholders; and drive coordinated investment across Policy, Operations, MLE, Integrity Analytics, Data Science, Security, and Identity. You will lead the post-authentication roadmap and support the Bots & ATO Product Manager on the pre-authentication roadmap. The role includes developing spam account and domain detection signals and enforcement actions, defining measurement strategies, and adapting investments in response to evolving abuse patterns. The position can be based anywhere in the United States and requires in-office collaboration 1–2 times per quarter. It is not eligible for relocation assistance. The role offers a U.S. base salary range of $195,738–$402,990 and is also eligible for equity.
