Sr Staff Product Manager, Agent Resilience Platform
About The Position
The Sr Staff Product Manager will drive product strategy and execution for a Generative AI platform that helps enterprises build trustworthy, observable, and resilient AI applications at scale. The role partners with engineering, AI research, design, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to turn customer needs and emerging market opportunities into products and scalable platform capabilities. The position leads end-to-end product development, from defining 0-to-1 concepts and requirements through development, testing, and launch. It also works with Platform and AI Research teams to turn experiments into scalable features, shapes product direction for enterprise AI, and collaborates with founders and executive leaders on the business’s product strategy. The team is described as a collaborative, fast-moving group of more than 80 engineers, researchers, and product leaders working in a flat, high-ownership environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related experience.
- 10 or more years of experience in deep platform engineering and product management.
- Experience building GenAI tools or infrastructure, including extensive experience with coding and design agents.
- Experience leading a complex product area from 0 to 1.
- Experience with user experience tools such as Figma and with machine learning concepts.

Responsibilities
- Distill Galileo customer needs into well-packaged, strategic products.
- Own end-to-end product development by understanding customer problems, defining product requirements, managing development and testing, and launching products.
- Work with engineering, product design, marketing, and sales to ensure products and features successfully land.
- Partner with Platform and AI Research teams to convert experiments into scalable, high-value features for AI teams.
- Monitor the generative AI market and conceptualize ideas that enable users to build trustworthy GenAI systems.
- Work with founders and executive leaders to determine, maintain, and implement the business’s product strategy.
