About The Position

We’re looking for a Sr Staff Designer to help define how intelligence, automation, and creativity come together in the next generation of creative workflows. This role sits at the intersection of brand systems, AI, and creative infrastructure—shaping experiences that make creativity more adaptive, scalable, and expressive. Requirements

8+ years of experience in product, systems, or interaction design—ideally across tools or platforms for creative professionals.
Strong design craft with a systems mentality and fluency in scalable automation.
Experience designing for AI-assisted or automated workflows.
Technical comfort working with APIs, rendering pipelines, or creative scripting.
Hands-on skill with prototyping tools (Figma, code, or low-fi mockups).
Passion for accessibility, scalability, and inclusive design principles.

Nice To Haves

Experience with creative automation, brand systems, or model-based workflows (image, video, motion).
Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
Familiarity with WCAG standards and testing for accessibility compliance.
Certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from IAAP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Designs systems and interfaces that empower creatives to work with intelligent tools—whether that means developing adaptive brand systems, building design automation frameworks, or exploring how custom image and video models become part of the creative process.
Collaborates with engineers and researchers to prototype and refine new experiences that make creative workflows faster and smarter.
Designs internal tools that power creative teams or invent new interaction patterns for human–AI collaboration across visual, motion, and generative spaces.
Brings a tinkerer’s mindset—experimenting, iterating, and learning through building. Prototypes are used as thinking tools, evolving concepts through feedback and exploration.
