•$141,600 - $212,400

About The Position

The Engineering Services & NRE role establishes and manages the commercial, operational, and strategic framework for engineering services and R&D spending across the product development portfolio. It transforms how the company decides, funds, sources, governs, and leverages engineering capability across its product portfolio. The role ensures that engineering NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) is clearly defined, contracted, tracked, sourced, and delivered efficiently, while continually improving how engineering services are planned, sourced, and delivered. The position is intended to improve visibility and control of NRE and engineering-services spending, align expectations for cost, scope, resources, and delivery, reduce the time needed to source and onboard engineering partners, create repeatable processes, aggregate requirements for supplier leverage, and establish the right balance of internal engineering capability and external partners. The role manages development agreements and NRE governance, supports engineering-services and R&D supplier onboarding, develops the engineering-services strategy, and leads NPI sourcing and supplier risk management for assigned projects. It works across Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Quality, Operations, and Program Management to support sourcing readiness, product launches, and production requirements.
