This role involves planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation through completion. The individual will lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management. The goal is to ensure project results meet requirements for technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions, and investigating facts to develop solutions during the design and planning phases. The role also involves providing timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders, potentially preparing RFPs and SLAs, and managing client expectations, satisfaction, and adherence to contract agreements. Collaboration on other projects and assignments is expected. The position allows for up to 10% travel for internal meetings/workshops, which can be domestic or international. 100% telecommuting is available.
