About The Position

Senior Specialist Training Field Sr Specialist Training works closely with the leaders, clients and internal learning & development team to drive divisional training projects from start to completion, including needs analysis, project management, facilitation and solution implementation and evaluation. Assess the training needs of assigned teams through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts by supporting and developing the Supervisor group through one-on-one instruction, annual meetings, and group calls/webinars by presenting information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats. Requirements

  • Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Field of Study/Area of Experience: 2-4 Years’ experience in training design, group facilitation &/or organizational development
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to make verbal presentations
  • Flexible and Adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in Projects or Business Environments
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.

Responsibilities

  • Participate and help to facilitate shared inbox to ensure that training needs are met of the business clients and to ensure that business systems are accurate with employee information after it is provided
  • Presenting and facilitating training events in a virtual or live environment to small and large groups
  • Trains associates on company culture, the associate role, safety expectations and tools, and all ADV policies/procedures
  • Partner with other Learning & Development teammates to ensure an integrated and coordinated team approach in providing learning solutions
  • Help to provide New Hires with Assistance as needed during the onboarding process through training course assignments and call report creation
  • Design, develop and implement training process to facilitate achievement of client’s training goals and objectives
  • Participate in various team conference calls as scheduled, providing feedback and better ways of working
  • Provide regular project updates to Supervisors to ensure a timely delivery of training projects
