Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, HR Operations, or related roles
  • Experience supporting structured processes or programs
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort working with systems and data

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate execution of performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, year-end)
  • Support succession planning and talent review processes, including materials and logistics
  • Ensure timelines, communications, and deliverables are clear and executed on schedule
  • Maintain organization and discipline across all talent cycles
  • Support engagement survey execution in partnership with vendors
  • Coordinate communications, timelines, and reporting distribution
  • Track action planning progress and follow-up with HRBPs
  • Ensure a consistent and organized experience across the organization
  • Maintain talent data within systems such as Workday
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries across performance, engagement, and succession
  • Identify trends and surface insights to support decision-making
  • Partner with the Crew Insights team to support reporting and data accuracy as needed
  • Support coordination of severance-based offboarding processes
  • Ensure documentation, tracking, and process steps are accurate and compliant
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all activities
  • Support reporting and tracking of exit trends
  • Manage calendars, timelines, and deliverables across all talent processes
  • Identify and flag risks, gaps, or inconsistencies
  • Support continuous improvement of tools, templates, and processes
