This role serves as a liaison between Talent Acquisition Leadership, on-site recruitment team, Direct Marketing Leadership, Human Resources, and Learning & Development teams to ensure the outlined recruitment process is followed. The Sr Specialist Talent Acquisition will perform full life cycle recruiting activities in a high-volume recruiting environment, handle a diverse requisition load including volume level roles in multiple markets as well as salaried or professional positions, and use all available selection tools while maintaining compliance with our selection processes and policies. The role drives an engaging candidate experience and ensures a speedy and successful time to fill by proactively sourcing, networking, and marketing job opportunities to build robust pipelines. The Specialist will be a talent brand ambassador, celebrate and share the advantages of working for Hilton Grand Vacations, and set and deploy recruiting strategies that grow passive and diverse sets of candidates. They will build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and HR Business Partner teams, acting as a Talent advisor to the business by providing market insights and recommendations.
