About The Position
Storm Execution & Support Ops is seeking a passionate, forward-thinking, and results-driven professional to join its leadership team as a Senior Specialist. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Section Manager, playing a key part in ensuring the highest levels of performance and reliability for Outage Management Systems (OMS) and associated applications. These critical tools power CECONY Electric Operations and support both CECONY and O&R outage response efforts. As a Senior Specialist, you will collaborate with teams across Enterprise Technology & Security (ETS) and trusted vendors to spearhead the development and rollout of innovative software enhancements and major releases. Your responsibilities will include shaping and refining business procedures, orchestrating comprehensive testing strategies, and leading impactful training initiatives for users. You will drive successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure teams are empowered with the necessary knowledge and skills to fully leverage these systems, directly impacting the company's ability to serve communities efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
