About The Position
Storm Execution Technology Support is seeking a passionate, forward-thinking, and results-driven professional to join its leadership team as a Project Specialist. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Section Manager, playing a crucial part in ensuring the highest levels of performance and reliability for Outage Management Systems (OMS) and associated applications. These critical tools power CECONY Electric Operations and support outage response efforts for both CECONY and O&R. The Project Specialist will collaborate with teams across Enterprise Technology & Security (ETS) and trusted vendors to lead the development and rollout of innovative software enhancements and major releases. Responsibilities also include shaping and refining business procedures, orchestrating comprehensive testing strategies, and leading impactful training initiatives for users. Your leadership will be essential in driving successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and empowering teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to fully leverage these systems, thereby directly impacting the company's ability to serve communities efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
