About The Position

The Senior Specialist Procurement, Global Travel is an experienced individual contributor responsible for executing procurement activities within the primary categories of Travel and Expense, Fleet, and Global Mobility. The role focuses on accurate delivery, application of procurement standards, supplier support, and stakeholder partnership while building deeper commercial expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–8 years of experience in T&E procurement, sourcing, or related.
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes and commercial practices
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently on routine and moderately complex tasks

Responsibilities

  • Execute sourcing, contracting, and supplier management activities across airlines, hotels, car rental companies, Travel Management Companies, Travel & Expense technology providers as well as Fleet and Global Mobility suppliers.
  • Support category strategies through analysis, market research, and reporting.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and support issue resolution.
  • Apply procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines.
  • Support negotiations, renewals, and contract lifecycle activities.
  • Identify and implement incremental cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with the T&E Operations team to support delivery of the Vantive T&E program according to the Vantive Travel Policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide executive reporting on T&E spending, savings, sourcing outcomes and supplier performance.
