About The Position

This posting is for the Hiring Our Heroes, Corporate Fellowship 2026 - Cohort 3. Candidates must be transitioning service members who will complete the program within the last 180 days of transition from military service. The fellowship will be 12 weeks long. Our Maintenance and Operations teams are the people that make and enable the packaging of our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to build or expand your career in site operations and pharmaceutical packaging. You will be given the opportunity to challenge and grow your talents through progressive on the job training and development of interpersonal and leadership skills to overcome difficult situations and solve technical problems.

Requirements

  • Strong maintenance, troubleshooting and operations knowledge.
  • Cross-functional collaboration applying project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Work experience in a results-driven environment.
  • Strategic/critical thinking.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be an active participant in the current cohort of the Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Corporate Fellowship Program.
  • Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria as defined by the Hiring Our Heroes program.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of efficiency, productivity, operational excellence and lean practices, cost improvements, energy conservation and waste minimization.
  • Provide an understanding of pharmaceutical packaging through rotations in maintenance, packaging operations and supply chain logistics.
  • Analyze and optimize processes supporting and enabling packaging.
  • Develop strategies, tools and actions to meet site and corporate targets, while improving overall efficiency at the site.
