The Senior Specialist, Integrated Marketing supports the development and execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns that bring JCPenney’s brand to life across paid, owned, and earned channels. Reporting to Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, this role partners cross-functionally with creative, media, digital, stores, and agency teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand campaign execution that drives customer engagement and business results.
