The Consumer Disputes role is accountable for processing customer initiated credit bureau disputes received both directly and indirectly. Work with customer communications and in the eOscar system to perform research and resolve/respond to disputes and make any necessary corrections within stated FCRA guidelines. Work with other internal FNBO departments for the same. Use problem solving skills to resolve complaints and provide accurate and consistent information to customers and credit reporting agencies.
