This role involves reviewing processes and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and adaptation of leading practices. The Sr. Sourcing Manager will drive overall program oversight of savings initiatives, including tracking, validation, and reporting of savings. They will execute strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence through process and technology implementation. Analyzing industry trends and procurement technologies to identify opportunities is key. The role also includes accurate procurement budgeting, controlling, and reporting, as well as setting unified process guidelines. Supporting business growth, revenue goals, and transformation objectives through effective Sourcing & Procurement relationships is essential. The position requires utilizing expert industry knowledge and advanced business models for strategy development and structuring internal business relationships. Directing the development and implementation of processes for successful relationship management with business partners and leading a high-performing team are also core responsibilities. Providing expert knowledge for strategic decision-making and informing category leads on business strategy is crucial. The role leads and manages the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, oversees contract category and supplier management, and manages Statements of Work (SOW) in SAP Fieldglass and Oracle Procurement. Developing negotiation strategies, establishing a governance framework for Strategic Sourcing guidelines in collaboration with Legal and QA, and developing goals for cost management, supplier management (including diversity), and process improvements are key functions. Enabling savings and cost avoidance targets through synergy and economies of scale is a primary objective. The role demands in-depth technical capabilities in third-party management, including sourcing, contract management, procurement, vendor management, spend management, and accounts payable, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and offerings. Providing mentoring, motivating diverse teams, fostering an innovative and inclusive environment, driving high-quality work within expected timeframes and budget, monitoring progress, managing risk, and building client relationships are also expected.
