About The Position

As part of the Robotics Supply Chain PMO team, this role seeks an experienced Sourcing Excellence Product Manager to optimize, scale, and operationalize existing sourcing solutions, driving maturity across Global Sourcing Operations. The position will transform baseline processes into robust, standardized accountability mechanisms, leveraging AI workflows to build scalable organizational capabilities. This role will collaborate closely with the Strategic Sourcing team to embed best practices and scale proven methodologies, enhancing cost tracking and supplier performance frameworks while developing integrated governance mechanisms. The candidate will operationalize supplier engagement processes and standardize sourcing practices, transforming existing frameworks into scalable methodologies for a team of over 50 Global Commodity Managers. Responsibilities include establishing enhanced KPIs and analytical frameworks, and identifying opportunities to embed AI workflows for process automation and organization-wide sourcing excellence. The role requires strong product/program management capabilities with analytical expertise to optimize data-driven processes, scale successful pilots into enterprise-wide capabilities, and maintain close Strategic Sourcing collaboration. A supply chain background in sourcing/procurement with proven experience in process optimization, product/program management, and AI integration is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional transformation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • 4+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience
  • 5+ years of developing diverse supplier strategies and executing on sourcing activities experience
  • 3+ years of using business intelligence reporting tools such as OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SSAS Cubes, etc. experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • AI Prompt Engineering proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Responsibilities

  • Institutionalize capabilities within the sourcing and procurement domain by leading initiatives from conceptualization to implementation
  • Develop a program roadmap and strategy documentation to ensure clear communication and coordination of needs for the business while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders, responsibilities, and delivering multiple first-of-their-kind programs
  • Utilize strong leadership and stakeholder management & communication skills to align diverse teams, communicate program status and insights to Leadership teams, providing recommendations to drive strategic decisions
  • Continuously looking out for new opportunities to mature the sourcing and procurement domain through automation and standardization implementing repeatable processes
