Sr Software Engineer- Full Stack Web/Mobile
About The Position
Resideo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and integrate complex software functions. The role focuses on building and maintaining scalable, reliable web and mobile applications that support connected HVAC and smart home devices. The engineer will collaborate with cloud, product, and AI/ML teams to deliver new software capabilities and customer experiences, and contribute to platform improvements, engineering patterns, templates, and documentation. The position offers opportunities to own critical platform initiatives, shape architecture, and deliver work from concept through production and long-term operation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on UX or mobile app development.
- Strong understanding of .NET, C#, and networking.
- Strong skills in at least one framework for developing for both iOS and Android, such as Xamarin/MAUI or Flutter.
- Familiarity with ReactJS.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Understanding of database design and utilization.
- Hands-on experience with product launch and go-to-market strategies.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to connected devices or IoT-related systems.
- Ability to work across the entire software stack.
- Knowledge of HVAC, smart home, or industrial systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, such as Terraform, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.

- A strong sense of ownership and pride in shipping high-quality, maintainable systems.
