The role emphasizes agile best practices, including a "shift-left" testing approach with automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle. Troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for complex incidents are also critical. The Senior Software Engineer will lead process improvements and collaborate with various team members in an agile environment.
