Our team is growing, and we are looking for a talented software engineer to add to our winning culture and track record of delivering exceptional solutions to our users. In this role, you'll be a key player in collaborating with enterprise teams to assess requirements, design innovative solutions, and develop cutting-edge systems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, planning, development, and problem-solving skills, and will excel at communicating effectively with management, peers, technology vendors, and business customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience of software engineering experience with .NET, C#, .NET Worker Services, ASP.NET Core, and background service patterns
  • 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and proficient in utilizing API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Experience in authoring and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Proficient in designing, provisioning, and managing cloud infrastructure, preferably on Microsoft Azure, utilizing Terraform modules and best practices
  • Knowledgeable in automated testing, build, and deployment strategies for .NET and containerized applications.
  • Experience with Azure and GCP cloud platforms
  • Skilled in supporting data and process governance of distribution system compliance in accordance with company policies, standards, and SOX requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade technology solutions with a focus on system performance, cross-system interdependencies, stability, scalability, and usability
  • Utilize modern development methodologies with a cloud-first approach, incorporating CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
  • Mentor fellow developers on best practices for the selected development methodologies
  • Lead and participate in application design and development meetings, employing both Agile and traditional methodologies
  • Create comprehensive documentation for technical design, system specifications, and desired test outcomes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for production support
