The role works closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to turn data into measurable business results. The engineer will own features end to end, from discovery and analysis through defining success metrics, implementation, launch, and impact measurement. The work includes designing and modernizing data models and ETL pipelines with dbt and Snowflake; building, deploying, and monitoring production ML models; testing hypotheses with data and statistical rigor; and applying backend engineering practices such as testing, CI/CD, code review, and reliable deployments. The role also involves writing technical design documents, leading cross-functional projects, and sharing knowledge across teams. The position seeks someone with at least five years of software, data, or ML engineering experience, including experience shipping and maintaining production ML models. The listed U.S. base salary range is $150,000 to $200,000. Total compensation may also include a performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
