As a Sr Frontend Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the core engineering team responsible for delivering high value features and products to our substantial client base. A solid candidate for this role will be expected to primarily focus on the front end, but will need to have enough exposure, willingness, and curiosity to cover the full stack by occasionally performing backend investigation and development within a distributed architecture. This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
  • 6+ years of experience with our technology stack or an interest in our tools
  • Experience setting up modern JavaScript application tooling (NPM, Webpack)
  • Experience in profiling, monitoring, and improving frontend performance
  • Ability to pick up new concepts quickly and put them into practice

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in discovering and implementing improvements to our Frontend Architecture
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and Rancher

Responsibilities

  • Build beautiful, snappy, and native-feeling UI experiences for next gen clinical workflows
  • Be accountable for successful product deliverables
  • Be a leader on the team and mentor other developers as needed
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Project Management, and Backend teams
  • Pair with UI/UX to create designs that are user-friendly and accessible
  • Partner with multi-functional teams to define problems and design and scope solutions
  • Assist team in triaging bugs and resolving production issues
