Requirements
- Undergrad college degree
- 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- 5+ years of Hands‑on experience developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow scripting like JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rule, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- 5+ years of experience developing and configuring: Forms, lists, tables, and workflows, Flow Designer, Notifications and SLAs
- 5+ years of Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Update Sets and application deployment

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality software solutions aligned with business and architectural standards
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex features or systems, from requirements through production support
- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices and coding standards
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and provide root‑cause analysis
- Contribute to system and application architecture decisions
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud‑ready where applicable
- Collaborate with architects on long‑term technical roadmaps
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers
- Influence engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, performance, and compliance requirements
- Participate in audits, security reviews, and risk assessments as needed
- Promote test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
