Requirements

  • Undergrad college degree
  • 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ years of Hands‑on experience developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow scripting like JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rule, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies
  • 5+ years of experience developing and configuring: Forms, lists, tables, and workflows, Flow Designer, Notifications and SLAs
  • 5+ years of Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Update Sets and application deployment

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers
  • Influence engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality software solutions aligned with business and architectural standards
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex features or systems, from requirements through production support
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices and coding standards
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and provide root‑cause analysis
  • Contribute to system and application architecture decisions
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud‑ready where applicable
  • Collaborate with architects on long‑term technical roadmaps
  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers
  • Influence engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, performance, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in audits, security reviews, and risk assessments as needed
  • Promote test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
