Join the Customer Support Technology (CS Platform) team building the systems that power eBay’s global customer service experience. This is a full-stack engineering role where you will build scalable backend services and APIs, develop user-facing web applications and agent tools, and contribute to AI-powered platform capabilities, including orchestration layers and automation systems. You will work on workflow systems, automation platforms, and UI experiences that improve agent productivity and customer outcomes. This is a hands-on IC role with approximately 60–70% coding/design (frontend + backend) and 30–40% reviews, collaboration, and operational excellence. You’ll own features end-to-end (UI → services → data → actions).
