About The Position

Join our Software Engineering Team - AI Labs to help scale AI capabilities across Ag & Trading- North America. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and AI-enabled solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products, enhance existing platforms, and build enterprise capabilities that enable the organization to leverage AI effectively and responsibly.

Requirements

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience
Experience building and scaling full-stack applications using the following languages/frameworks: React & typescript, Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python

Nice To Haves

Experience building AI solutions, working with AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.
Experience with building applications that use large language models or other AI services
Working with AI coding assistants or agentic development tools
Strong foundation in relational databases, with hands‑on experience using PostgreSQL
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps delivery practices
Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud‑native platforms
Proficiency with Git‑based version control and collaborative development workflows
Understanding of modern application architectures, cloud‑native patterns, and security best practices

Responsibilities

Designs and develops high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes.
Leads the application of internal software deployment platform, methodologies and tools to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.
Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and different engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Writes and maintains complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software.
Suggests options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.
Builds and maintains comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.
Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.
