About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React for a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the Coppell, TX office. This is a 1-year contract position. The role involves backend development using C#/.NET Core/.NET, focusing on scalable services, RESTful APIs, business logic, authentication, authorization, and integration with distributed systems. Frontend development requires hands-on experience with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, state management, and API integration. Strong expertise in SQL Server, including data modeling, stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, performance optimization, and ensuring data consistency is essential. Experience with event-driven/Pub-Sub architecture using Azure Service Bus, including publishing/consuming events, handling retries, idempotency, and asynchronous processing is also required. The role demands a strong understanding of full-stack integration, debugging, performance optimization, and secure coding practices, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with QA, product, and DevOps teams, participate in design discussions, and contribute to CI/CD and automated testing practices.

Requirements

Minimum of 12 years in a structured environment working on systems, applications, programming, development, testing, implementation, and deployment required.
At least 12-15 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in: C#, .NET Framework 4.5+, .Net 5+, T-SQL, REST API, Entity Framework
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience on modern UI development with Angular 10+, bootstrap, CSS 3+, HTML 4+, TypeScript
Experience writing W3C compliant accessible HTML5 markup.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript command-line tools such as npm
Software development lifecycle using structured processes.
Practical knowledge of Agile principles and prefer ability to lead SCRUM ceremonies.
Experience with cloud development (Azure preferred)
Competent with tool use to manage the following functions: code management, unit testing, integration testing, version control, and prototyping.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, review programming, test, implement and deploy software applications using the appropriate documentation, processes, and quality standards.
