About The Position

We are looking for a Sr Software Dev Eng - TEST who combines superb technical, analytical, and operational capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. This person must be comfortable working closely with a team of top-notch software developers to develop and execute on verification strategy to certify our software. We’re looking for someone who innovates, and loves solving hard problems. You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history!

Requirements

• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience, or Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
• 3+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Experience in software-testing techniques (like equivalence class partitioning), and software testing life cycle
• Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems or systems of systems
• Experience with hardware- and software-in-the-loop simulation test environments
• Experience leading teams that deliver DO-178C certified software
