About The Position

Leidos is seeking highly qualified incumbent candidates for all levels of the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Information Technology Services (CITS) contract. You will be part of a team that provides an innovative, modernized, IT life-cycle management system to USCENTCOM, including next-generation IT infrastructure cloud services and end-to-end automation. The CITS program provides USCENTCOM with the capability to maintain high readiness rates for an innovative enterprise IT infrastructure on a global scale. This position is for a SharePoint Web Administrator that supports the Knowledge Management (KM) Services PWS task area for the J6 Knowledge Management Services (KM-S) customer set.

Requirements

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • 8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years’ experience with a Master’s degree, or 9 years’ experience with an Associates’ degree, or 10 years’ experience with a High School/General Education Development diploma.
  • Could consider additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • One or more of the following certifications: A+, or CND, or Network+, or Security+ within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with the USCENTCOM customer performing enterprise IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Performs SharePoint site collection administrator functions for SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online (SPO) environments.
  • Designs intuitive site navigation and page layouts that simplify complex Knowledge Management (KM) structures for the end-user.
  • Understands the nuances between classic and modern SharePoint sites, including the ability to support gradual content migration
  • Maintains elements of the metadata ontology for all terms, term store, taxonomy, application, technologies, and management processes for the SharePoint site.
  • Has the ability to design and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate to streamline notification systems and document approvals.
  • Interfaces directly with mission stakeholders and customers to elicit, document, and analyze business needs without relying on a dedicated Business Analyst.
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and a "mission-first" work ethic, with a willingness to go beyond standard administrative tasks to ensure project completion and system availability during critical operational windows.
