About The Position

BCMC, LLC is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Technical Project Manager to lead a team in building, delivering, and managing a SaaS environment for ServiceNow ITOM. This role involves managing the total work effort, including planning, scheduling, resource management, transition planning, reporting, quality assurance, customer relationship management, and strategic business planning. The ideal candidate will analyze complex project problems and develop innovative solutions, perform day-to-day management of contract support operations, and organize all project activities. This position requires assuming responsibility for project results, working with sponsors and stakeholders to define project charters, and completing work breakdown structures to estimate effort. The role also involves communicating expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, building stakeholder relationships, mediating between stakeholders and team members, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, managing project scope, tracking milestones, leading and motivating team members, making business-driven decisions, monitoring program progress, driving business growth through innovation, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow ITOM platform implementations
  • Experience with leading teams and managing web applications
  • 3 years’ experience defining and delivering systems’ support strategy, including business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Expertise with Agile Scrum methodology
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suites
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to build, deliver, and manage SaaS environment for ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Manage the total work effort, planning and scheduling, resource management, transition planning, reporting, deliverables preparation, quality assurance and metrics, customer relationship management, and strategic business planning.
  • Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
  • Performs day-to-day management of overall project/contract support operations, possibly involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned project.
  • Assumes responsibility for project results.
  • Works with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
  • Completes work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
  • Provides a project schedule to identify when each task will be completed.
  • Communicates clearly expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DoD and other stakeholders.
  • Mediates between stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the program's success.
  • Resolves issues and solves problems throughout project life-cycle.
  • Manages project scope by ensuring changes to scope are documented and approved.
  • Tracks and reports on project milestones and provides status reports when requested.
  • Leads, coaches, and motivates team members.
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects.
  • Makes decisions and recommendations based on the business need for each project, and makes on- going decisions based on what’s best for the organization.
  • Monitor and report on the program's progress to key stakeholders.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand our offerings, improving our service delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
