About The Position

What the job looks like: You’ll be responsible for development on the ServiceNow Enterprise platform. Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules within enterprise environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards. Implement and support core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and custom scoped applications, including workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. Develop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript to extend platform functionality and automate business processes. Support ServiceNow upgrades, patch management, and platform enhancements while maintaining upgrade-safe development practices. Conduct system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and high availability. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide recommendations based on platform best practices. Maintain platform security, including role-based access controls, data governance, and compliance with enterprise security policies. Requirements

A bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
Have 5+ years ServiceNow development and architecture experience in enterprise environments
Certified Application Developer Certification
Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise and multi-instance management
Ability to develop AI-powered automation solutions for incident resolution, knowledge management, and user assistance
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs) and client-side scripting (Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions)
Experience developing and maintaining ITSM, CSM, and/or custom scoped applications
