About The Position

This is a remote, 3-month contract role for a Sr. ServiceNow Administrator. The primary focus is on ServiceNow Administration, including day-to-day operations, platform maintenance, performance monitoring, incident resolution, version upgrades, instance security management, and providing configuration assistance to developers. The role requires support during business hours (9-5 Central Time) with occasional weekend support.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow CSA certification.
  • Sound knowledge on ServiceNow platform and products.
  • Above average communication skills to handle client interactions.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, ITSM, integrations.
  • Experience with code reviews & migrations.
  • Ability to provide support during support hours: 9-5 Central Time, with occasional support over the weekend.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned day-to-day operations of ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments.
  • Perform application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of ServiceNow platform incidents.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow version upgrade execution.
  • Manage ServiceNow instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists, etc.
  • Provide configuration assistance to ServiceNow developers.
