Position Overview The Senior Service Technician and Warehouse Supervisor plays a key part of delivering on our promise of a 5-star experience and interacts directly with customers. The 5-Star Senior Service Technician and Warehouse Supervisor works in the field obtaining measurements for new installations and performing warranty services while also managing the warehouse in receiving incoming freight and verifying the condition and accuracy of shipped products.

Requirements

General knowledge of residential construction and basic home improvement and maintenance.
Ability to accurately take window and bathroom remodeling measurements and translate those into a variety of applications.
Familiarity with iPad usage, mobile smart phones, and business/technology applications.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on quality and results.
Ability to maintain a preset schedule of job assignments.
Well-organized and on-time for each appointment, without exception.
Self-starter, efficient, productive, works well with a team.
Valid Driver’s License.
5+ years of construction experience in the residential remodeling industry with experience in window installations, bathroom remodeling, lite plumbing, electrical and items associated within a bathroom.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Obtain measurements for new installations and perform warranty services.
Manage the warehouse, including receiving incoming freight and verifying the condition and accuracy of shipped products.
Enter notes and delivery details in the prescribed manner.
House products and document location on paperwork or in an online document/system.
Stage jobs for next-day installation, providing easy loading for installation business partners.
Ensure the warehouse pick-up lanes/areas are free from obstacles for expedited job pick-up by installation business partners.
