This role will lead all supply chain activities and processes for the plant/operations unit, define the plant supply chain strategy and translate into action plans, set plant/operations unit specific SCM standards and requirements, implement and monitor BA and CT specific policies, procedures, and standards for SCM, and initiate and manage plant/operations unit SCM optimization measurements to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost situation in cross-functional teams. The role also contributes to strategic, budget and operative planning, defines SCM plant/operation’s unit targets, initiates and implements continuous improvement activities, initiates and controls investments for supply chain equipment, and serves as an interface to segment and BA functions. The Sr SCM Analyst will represent the plant/operations unit in SCM matters, initiate, participate in, and/or steer local supply chain related and cross-functional projects, participate actively in environmental health and safety activities, lead change management in plant/operations unit SCM, ensure compliance, and conduct employee dialogues, personnel development, and coaching.
