About The Position

Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital has a 24-hour adult emergency department and cares for pediatric patients at a separate emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Responsible for the scheduling of outpatient services including full pre-registration and order processing tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• <2 years experience
• No Supervisor Experience

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in Business/related field

Responsibilities

• Collects copays as required.
• Schedules out-patient in an accurate and timely manner.
• Answering phones, Scheduling same day or next day Surgical cases assist OR Cahrege Nurse with daily Scheduling running
