About The Position

This role will oversee project tasks, assist with ad-hoc projects, and coordinate, track, and schedule. The consultant will communicate with company HQ and the North America PI team for the implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within the SAP Logistics module to support customer requirements. They will provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes, document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend system improvements, and provide backup for SAP consultants. The role involves monitoring and reporting on the status of issues, proactively reviewing and interpreting performance against operating standards, and identifying and understanding end-user technical SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements. Additionally, the consultant will provide necessary training and documentation, build and maintain strong end-user relationships, and offer ongoing support.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications
Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in SAP environment
Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and information technology practices and methods
Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills require
Bilingual (English/Korean) : Must able to read, write and speak in both

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) of computer science or related discipline with an information technology
Experience in processing a variety of EDI document types and familiarity is plus
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills exemplified in team work
Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions
Able to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those priorities
Manage the time and attention based on assigned job roles and objectives
Have an ABAP debugging skills preferred

Responsibilities
