About The Position

Bioventus LLC., seeks Sr. SAP Demand and Supply Analyst (Cordova, TN) to be engaged in the full lifecycle development of SAP based business applications and/or information systems solutions for internal customers. This role is responsible for working alongside business process owners and power users to provide best of breed solutions to directly support multiple production and warehouse-based teams. The analyst will study, analyze and support different business processes related to demand, shopfloor production, inventory and bin management, and overall warehousing in the company. They will conduct gap analysis of the as-is design and development of the to-be design in accordance with a global template, collaborate with business teams and provide industry standard solutions, and perform configuration individually with minimal supervision. The role involves hands-on configuration of modules Production Planning (PP) & Shopfloor Execution, Inventory & Warehouse Management (IM/WM/EWM), and Quality Management (QM). The analyst will analyze integration requirements and work with legacy, third party software, 3PL and non-SAP systems. They will execute all typical Testing cycles as executed in a standard SAP platform – SIT, INT, RGR, E2E, and provide support for the SAP platform, triaging and solving issues. Work will be performed using Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across various functional areas to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The role also requires holding oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, as Software Engineer, Developer or related position.
  • 1 year of experience in SAP ECC.
  • 1 year of experience working across phases of SAP projects following Activate methodology.
  • 1 year of experience in S/4 HANA with the following SAP business process workstreams: Pick to Fill – IM (Inventory Management) /WM (Warehouse Management) /EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • Plan to Produce/Demand to Supply - PP
  • 1 year of experience with Manufacturing Costing and Supply Chain Finance (FSCM) processes.
  • At least 1 Full Life Cycle (FLC) implementation of S/4 HANA or Fiori.
  • At least 2 or more Full Life Cycle (FLC) implementations of ECC in the modules of Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (IM/WM/EWM), and Quality Management (QM).
