Requirements

  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security settings.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Familiarity with insurance workflows and regulatory standards.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform including, administration, customization, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM strategy and architecture for insurance clients.
  • Lead Salesforce customization and development efforts.
  • Integrate CRM with policy administration, billing, and marketing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data governance.
